End User License Agreement

WordPress Tube Theme is commercial software (a WordPress plugin and a WordPress theme) licensed only to users who have purchased a valid copy from WordPress-Tube-Theme.com and who agree to the full terms of this EULA (End User License Agreement). This EULA is a contract between you and WordPress Tube Theme which covers your use of the software product that accompanies this EULA. The software will be referred to hence forth as the “Software Product.” A software license, issued to a designated user only by WordPress-Tube-Theme.com, is required for each user of the Software Product. A software license is required for the installation and full functionality of the WordPress Tube Theme plugin and theme on the WordPress platform. By explicitly accepting this EULA or by purchasing/downloading or installing WordPress Tube Theme you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms outlined below:

1 DOMAIN ONLY: Purchasing WordPress Tube Theme grants you the usage license for one domain only. You agree to permanently host the Software Product’s license, which is in .txt format, at the root of your website’s domain (i.e. example.com/license.txt) for as long as you use the Software Product.

NO RIGHT TO TRANSFER: This license is non transferable, you may not re-sell or re-distribute this product or any of the code included in any way. You must not sell, lease, rent, or re-distribute the Software Product to any party without the developers’ prior written consent and approval.

WITHOUT WARRANTIES: YOU ACCEPT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT “AS IS” AND WORDPRESS-TUBE-THEME.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO ITS USE, PERFORMANCE, OR OTHERWISE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE DEVELOPERS OF WORDPRESS-TUBE-THEME.COM  HOLD NO LIABILITY OVER DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT’S USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF DATA, FINANCIAL LOSS, LOSS OF BUSINESS. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.
